This edition, the Catalan artist Yosy Malagrida, student of Traç, has won the plastic and visual arts contest of Binissalem.
It has been held since 1982 and is free themed and technical. It consists of two awards: Vila de Binissalem Prize, which sponsors the City Council, with financial endowment and the possibility of making an individual exhibition at the Can Gelabert Culture Center within one year, and the Vermadors Court Award, which sponsors the Foundation Sa Nostra With the selected and awarded works, an exhibition is set up that opens coinciding with the festivities of Vermar, in September.
